We ship across Malaysia with trusted couriers.
**Delivery time**
- West Malaysia: 2–4 working days after payment is verified.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 4–7 working days after payment is verified.
**Free shipping**
- West Malaysia orders above RM80.
- East Malaysia and Labuan orders above RM150.
**Couriers we use**
- J&T Express, Ninja Van, Pos Laju.
**Cut-off and working days**
- Orders verified before 2 pm Mon–Fri are packed the same day.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Malaysia public holidays. Orders placed on these days are processed on the next working day.
**Tracking**
- A tracking number is sent via WhatsApp once the parcel is collected by the courier (usually within 24 hours of dispatch).
- You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number.
